
Spring Kitchen grew out of the struggle many food entrepreneurs face, “how and where do I get started?”
One of the founders, Stephanie, began her initial business as a food truck. From the start she struggled with navigating permitting, acquiring a prep space, and finding connections in the local food community. In NWA specifically there were no accessible licensed commercial kitchens available for new food businesses.
With this in mind Spring Kitchen was born. We offer not only a rentable kitchen space, but also a sense of a community in the NWA food scene. Spring Kitchen aims to be equitable and empowering for your business to help in next steps, and in connecting you with others who can help.
Spring Kitchen is ran by Stephanie of Bartleby’s Foods and her spouse Brian, and consists of its current members.
